At Shroom Riot, we want you to feel the difference our mushroom cocoa makes. If you aren’t totally happy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll make it right.

1. The Guarantee Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund under our Happiness Guarantee.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shroomriot.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with the return instructions within 2 business days.

3. Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Law)

In accordance with UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, including standard delivery costs, without giving a reason. Our 30-day Happiness Guarantee extends this period by an additional 16 days for your peace of mind.

4. Condition of Products

• Statutory Returns (0-14 Days): Items should ideally be returned in their original packaging.

• Happiness Guarantee (15-30 Days): We understand you need to try the product! We accept returns of opened pouches/products under this guarantee

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Always Free: Whether your item is faulty, damaged, or you simply aren't happy with the taste, Shroom Riot provides free returns for all UK customers. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label so there is no cost to you.

6. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
