1. Order Processing Time

All Shroom Riot orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shroom Riot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Import VAT: Customers outside the UK may be charged import VAT by their local customs office.

• Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees charged by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We strive to bring Shroom Riot to everyone, but please be aware of your local regulations regarding "Food Supplements" or "Mushroom-based products." If a package is seized by customs due to local restrictions, we cannot offer a refund.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for international tracking information to update.

All Shroom Riot orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UK)

We offer the following shipping options for our UK customers:

• Standard Shipping: £2.99 (or FREE on orders over £50).

• Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days via Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

• Express Shipping: £7.99.

• Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days via Royal Mail 24 Tracked.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@shroomriot.com with photos of the packaging. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
