Subscription Rules: If you purchase a Shroom Riot subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency selected at the time of purchase. You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by emailing info@shroomriot.com. Cancellations must be processed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that period.

SECTION 4 - PRICES, BILLING & UK COMPLIANCE

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Upfront Pricing & VAT: In accordance with UK 2026 consumer protection standards, all prices shown on the Shroom Riot website are inclusive of VAT. The total price shown at the start of the checkout process is the final price you will pay; we do not utilize "drip pricing" or add mandatory hidden fees (such as service charges) late in the transaction. Shipping costs are clearly calculated and displayed before you finalize your order.

All delivery times are estimates only. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes incurred.
