Has a nice flavour as a hot chocolate but literally can't feel or see any visible improvements on wellbeing or concentration etc. Also you need more than the recommended serving size for it to be truly a decent hot chocolate otherwise it goes quite watery brown. I think it's branding suggests otherwise and I also think it's limiting the target market with this drug focused presentation. It should be sold as a calming and relaxing mushroom drink. It's OK but I wouldn't be rebuying. Also is this suitable for all ages as has no recommendations on it?

I added a day of milk to it to make it a bit more palatable.You get 30 servings with the pack for £19.99 which is acceptable for an adaptogenic beverage if this kind.It does not come with a scoop which is brilliant as I am fed up for so much plastic use. Instead you measure out a tablespoon and mix it in with hot water or hot milk.

Overall, a nice blend and a good way to sneak the “superfoods” in without suffering through a weird taste.
